Riudellots de la Selva has celebrated the V edition of Fiporc, a fair dedicated to the world of pork that has had the support of the City Council and local meat companies, including Costa Brava Foods.

On February 17 and 18 had been made exhibitions, presentations, workshops and demonstrations of the process of slaughter and preparation of sausages. As a novelty was the presence of Les Cuiners de Sils, who made several cooking demonstrations live.
